What is Growly Pro?
Growly Pro unlocks premium access through a monthly or yearly subscription. The app and store checkout show the current price, billing period and included access. Any trial is available only when you are eligible and is shown before purchase.
Can I manage or cancel a subscription?
Yes. Manage subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Deleting the app or your Growly account does not cancel a subscription. See our terms for cancellation and refund information.
What should I know about the AI Coach?
The coach uses Google's Gemini models through Vertex AI. Your messages, recent conversation and learning preferences are sent to generate a reply. AI can make mistakes; check important information and do not share sensitive personal information. It is an educational tool, not professional advice. Read the privacy policy.
How can I get help or delete my account?
Visit support for account, purchase and content questions. You can request account deletion in the app or follow the web account deletion instructions without reinstalling it.
